Postponement of market based selling of energy by EKO balancing group

On 28th December 2017, the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted at its 73rd Government Session the Decree on Amendments to the Law on Renewable Energy Sources and High-efficient Cogeneration, extending again the deadline for fulfilling the obligation of electricity suppliers to take over the total net delivered electricity of eligible producers, on regulated purchase price, and the start of the EKO balance group for an additional year, on 1st January 2019.
